No Refund Policy

All purchases made through ScaleIt App are non-refundable. As our services are digital in nature (such as website builder access, smart automation tools, and digital plans), full access is provided immediately upon purchase or activation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been completed.

Please review your plan and features carefully before completing your purchase. Once activated, subscriptions cannot be reversed or refunded.

Technical Issues or Service Errors

In case of any technical issue or system-related error preventing you from accessing your purchased service, you can register a complaint within 48 hours of delivery or activation.

To report a problem, please contact us at scaleitapps@gmail.com with your registered email, payment details, and a description of the issue. Our support team will investigate and take necessary action, which may include a service correction, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellations

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a plan is active, it cannot be canceled for the duration of the billing period.
